I have lived here for fifteen years and I love my apartment Yes management tends to change every few years however most of the problems at Rosemont at Oak Valley are the tenants who dont respect their neighbors or the property Maintenance can only do so much when it comes to wear and tear This is a Tax Accredited Property Theres building code enforcements Section 8 codes Fire codes and certification laws that must by followed Management cant do anything without written agreements from the City of Austin and Travis County It is our responsibility as residents is to change our air filters pick up our dogs poop not send small children to carry bags of trash to the dumpster thats far too heavy for them to throw into the garbage collector ESL classes are offered After School Programs Christmas gifts are given to our children and grandchildren and yet people still complain I wonder what would they do if they owned a home and had to pay for maintenance I send positive vibes to the new Ladies who have joined Rosemont at Oak Valley to help work out what I call another Hurricane Katrina GOD SPEED NAMASTE more ... hide ...

If I could give zero stars I would This apartments suck Roaches everywhere no mater if you clean daily call the exterminator every other week you will not see any results To say I cant even cook in my kitchen in peace because there is bugs crawling in the stove Its disgusting They should make it a thing that the whole apartments get the exterminator twice a 2018-02-09T16:36:35Z

This place feels to me that its completely lacking any homie or relaxing feel at all So aside from the amazing resources charities they provide for the city of Austin which is why I still gave 3 stars I those 2 things alone now unfortunately drops this Community Foundation property to my least favorite

Residents seem nice considering the office is closed but sign says that theyre open on Saturdays until 500 so they need to update their stuff especially when people are looking to rent and if there are no vacancies they shouldnt be advertising if there are

I lived here 3 years during grad school and a year afterward Great location I moved outside the city and often wish I was still in this neighborhood The Oaks had great staff when I was there Very helpful and friendly The one bedroom apartments are small and fine for one person maybe two There was a good amount of storage for the small apartment The only neg 2018-12-11T13:48:18Z

STEER CLEAR The staff his horrible They have changed management 3 times since weve been living here The AC literally broke down 12 times a month The apartment above us had issues and water leaked down into our apartment and all into the carpets They came and left some fans in the apartment and ripped up the cushioning and called it a day They left the carpet 2013-11-26T16:06:58Z
STEER CLEAR The staff his horrible They have changed management 3 times since weve been living here The AC literally broke down 12 times a month The apartment above us had issues and water leaked down into our apartment and all into the carpets They came and left some fans in the apartment and ripped up the cushioning and called it a day They left the carpet all cut up and tore up We have had to make numerous of complaints because the neighbors upstairs are bouncing balls on the hardwood floors and jumping off of the beds all throughout the night and the office does nothing about it Just says they will make a note of it Horrible experience I would never recommend this place to anyone Cant wait until our lease is up more ... hide ...
