This complex is the most roach infested place ever on earth so I moved here some years ago my mom was wheel chair bound not knowing this was a problem maintenance people stay in your house but cant come in the time of need Went out of town and came back my apartment was damn near cleaned out from their maintenance people coming in my house stealing my clot 2022-02-28T22:01:37Z

Tammy is absolutely wonderful She is very knowledgeable about the community and application process During our tour she walked us through the community its amenities and close proximity to basically everything She was careful to explain the application steps fees and what they were for and managements rental criteria She even stayed after hours just chatting 2021-08-10T16:41:17Z

Im giving this review from what Ive had to deal with as a tenant on this property The coordinator for section 811 Joann Camarillo has done a poor job with the department As a tenant I want to be respected as a human being She does not see it that way For weeks about a situation it took multiple people for me to reach out to in order to hear back from her Emails and phone calls were were sent to her and not once out of those two weeks did she respond She did respond to another Foundation representive and the manage within one day This shows how she will communicate with someone of higher status than just someone that is just a tenant It clearly shows how she views the tenants and I do not like how this is done I just want my voice to be heard and be treated well Im a human being just like anyone else and I deserve to be heard I hope in the future the coordnating will be better and people are treated well and not unfair regardless who they are and what their status is more ... hide ...

The staff at Huntington meadows are very friendly and helpful I have been renting for almost a year now and I will be renewing my lease I love the spacious floor plan having no carpet and they put in new appliances The staff maintains the property clean and they keep you updated with everything that goes on I love that they do their best to bring the community together by hosting events and contest in which you could win money off your rentnThere are only two downfalls to living here Having to pay rent by walking it in money ordercheck It would be a lot easier if they could have online payments saves us time and the opportunity to make the payments on time Secondly visitor parking I cant host dinner parties without having to watch my guests vehicles otherwise they will be towed I like that there is permit parking since I would like to not have any trouble finding parking in my own home but maybe towing could have a time slot 24 hour towing just does not seem fairnOverall I have enjoyed living here more ... hide ...

This is the worst property to live at they address matters without having any proof of any residents around or an actual resident that goes on a daily basis to complain I mean if the property manager REGINA would stop favoritism at its finest She sits in the office with one resident and literally hears all her complaints for more then an hour But will not hear the other residents story Instead of addressing this matter privately She literally tried to get both residents for a sit down of confrontation I am shocked as to what I am hearing how this resident and property manager are making threats and harassing this other resident with removing her assistance for housing When they have had numerous of sit downs with this resident resident seems to have a problem with the other one This is past property management taking care of it At this point I WOULD ASK FOR PROOF if this resident clearly doing something wrong and address it accordingly Without any scandals in the office SANDALWOOD MANAGEMENT I am shocked that this is even going on and no one is reporting it Regina I am questioning your property management skills Clearly you need to reread the TAA violation forms all over again Also complete a fair housing class it seems their is none taken from what I have witnessed I am also expecting some retaliation since Regina the property manager declined to give her supervisors email to address this properly Also when A resident request the regional email Nicely give them the email its something you cant deny This shows that there is more going on in the office that is not being reported and addressed according to Fair Housing Procedures I would like to get a response from management quickly regarding this matter more ... hide ...
