Rent goes up roughly 100 when lease is renew The income restriction rent now more in line or more than Austin apartments This place is going downhill fast A few different employees good ones left They closed the drop box for rent so if you still working and have a 9 to 5 job dont know how you going to pay the rent as office will be closed before you leave for work and when you get home In 2021 no smoking on the grounds anywhere if you smoke and live in back apartments its a long walk off property Maintenance will enter apartment without your knowledge as I found out once when can home early once But maintenance is slow to fix any thing Takes them up to a week to hook up washer and dryer as they wont let tenant or delivery people do that simple job It seems like they have a reason to do a inspection of your apartment every few months They thinking about installing car ports at the tenant expense Post office will take your package to the office and wont leave a note in your box and office will not inform you that they have a package for you for days Guest will take parking spaces close to building so tenant have to walk farther These are old buildings with outdated appliances and thermostat are ancient difficult to read and not accurate There a monopoly on cable providers very slow cable horrible service and higher price that other providers but since the lodge have a contract with Grande you are stuck paying higher fees Read Grande reviews worse cable providers The property are probably getting a kick back at the tenant expense The gate malfunction a lot when you use the code on phone to open the gate it may take a few calls My lease is up in a few months and I cant afford another 100 increase to renew Plus as I said place is going downhill fast They say you get what you pay for not here you pay a lot more than what you get Most of the positive reviews here are 4 years old not the same place now more ... hide ...

This place is a dump The property has not even made it 2 years and the hallways and apartments are infested with roaches Staircases and trash rooms are always neglected Roaches are in my microwave and stove I no longer cook or eat in the apartment Code officer has came to my unit and gave the leasing office a violation Leasing office is no longer responding 2022-01-14T09:59:11Z

Ive lived here since 2018 and we have chanhed management well over 10 times from the time I moved in Every management is worst than the last There is no maintenance evem if we have maintenance contractors There is a TERRIBLE bug trash and utilities problem at the complex If youre disabled like me be prepares for elevators to go out constantly and for the complex to not fix the problem for montha on end Management never keeps track of records and when management changes is a HUGE problem becuz nobody ever has the correct info As for the bug problem theres roaches everywhere elevators trashroom hallways and in the grass and a few months ago maggots randomly came out from underneath the porch doors for everyone on my floor Finally the whole complex is a health problem the stairwells are nasty and multiple people have been moved around due to black mold When I was shown apartments the first time they had to change which apartment they were going to give me becuz I pointed out black mold in the laundry room more ... hide ...

The people in the office are really helpful but the maintenance people do nothing one time I took a day off so Mario I think his name is could come and he never came and when I went to the office they told me he said he did come and I am not the only person most of my other neighbors think the same of his lazy
