DO NOT MOVE HERE I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE I have been living here for two years and its been awful They do not care about the residents at all If I could give zero stars I would The property stays dirty You call about a issue they will say that they will do something and do nothing Maintenance issues get marked as completed and they havent stepped a foot in your unit How do you know you may ask Ohhhh because I have cameras Also they proclaim to have 24 hour maintenance yeah by the time they ever come if ever because still til this day they havent been to my unit about the emergency I set up nearly over two weeks ago Its pathetic Save your moneytime and energy Its not even worth it Oh and I cant even tell you how many office staff they have had since I have moved out here Even the new ones that come in talk as if they are gonna make a change but to me it seems to be getting worst Go spend your hard earned money else where Oh or find a complex that will actually truly care about their residents and not just your money more ... hide ...

Molly is my absolute favorite person She is always so sweet calm and serene She is also very helpful The whole staff has always been sweet anytime I call to inquire about an apartment Although certain income requirements caused me not to be approved I still rate them my 5 stars Keep up the good work ladies

Sadly I will not recommend these apartments with the current manager My experience with Davette Wells was unprofessional long and deceitful Never had i experience such treatment from an apartment complexnnThe application process went from Nov 13 2020 January 11 2021 In that time frame I was giving multiple reasons on why my application was taking so long Upper management was out on leave there system was down but they didnt know it there super busynnOne morning I just showed up to the office Davette welcomes me in I told her Im here to check on my application status She informed me that they are working on it still she said not to be nervous about it I will be fine There trying to get us moved in by Dec 21st Dec 21st gets here I call her oh i havent heard anything back from my boss She calls me for the first time during my whole application process on Jan 4th to come in so she can make some corrections on my application She said im trying to get yall in by jan 8th Jan 8th gets here i called her she informed me that they are working on it nownnJan 11th gets here I get an email not even a phone call asking can I call her ASAP She told me that my income did not meet the requirement This was something that could have been told to me back in November instead of just lingering I asked why couldnt you tell me this in the beginning she said im telling you now I told her im coming to get my deposit As im getting my deposit she hand me an apartment brochure that I should look into that was super small and way more expensive DisrespectfulnnI was so patient with this property and all I recieved was deception and unprofessionalism I do believe that how you treat people will always come back to you May God bless your spirit lady more ... hide ...

The apartments itself are decent and the price is cool but there are several issues that I have to addressn1 I have been living here 6 weeks and still have not received a mailbox key I instead have been told to have my mail rerouted to a PO box until they decide to fix the issue was told this after signing the leasen2 The office is never open I have several videos of the office being closed when it should be opened during business hoursn3 When I put in a maintenance request it takes at least a week to be handled It took 3 weeks for my movein issues to be fixedn4 I was told there is a 24 laundry facility before moving in but after moving here residents only have access until 5 MondayFriday what sense does that make when people literally work and Saturday BUT the office has not been open one Saturday since I have moved innnMs Katrina has almost been harassing me saying she is doing her job when she feels like I have unauthorized occupants but she obviously is not worried about the bigger problems on the property She comes running if she sees someone visiting my home but I literally see all my neighbors doing this and I have video evidence I wish the same energy was had for maintenance request getting me a mailbox key etc She claims they are very busy but when I moved in the apartments were not filled at all If thats the case capstone needs to hire more people on property I can remove unwanted people from the property but will the Harrison be fixing any of these issues anytime soon more ... hide ...
