Dont move into these apartments Their pictures are misleading They show nice looking apartments on their pictures but their nothing like that Now theyre painting the outside of the apartments for attention The inside of the apartments are horrible Dont be fooled And if you try to move out they charge you for what they say are damages on the apartment

Terrible management maintenance is rude and doesnt know how to fix the ac and toilent doesnt flush all the way i dont really recommend this apartments oh and i forgot to mention alot of robberys happen in this apartments

Moved out almost 2 months ago and still have yet to receive my deposit Drove 45 min just to speak with someone in office because they NEVER answer the phone I literally was outside of the building and watched them ignore calls I moved out march 9 and gave them 30 days to return my deposit before I started calling I called once a day for 3 weeks straight and 2022-04-23T07:36:04Z
Moved out almost 2 months ago and still have yet to receive my deposit Drove 45 min just to speak with someone in office because they NEVER answer the phone I literally was outside of the building and watched them ignore calls I moved out march 9 and gave them 30 days to return my deposit before I started calling I called once a day for 3 weeks straight and sent out 3 emails and never got a response When I go into the office they claim they did not have a forwarding address which could if been said over the phone but they dont answer Its now a month later since I went to the office and updated the address and still no deposit So here I am again calling and no answer I only stayed her for less than 2 months because of all the problems I was having with my unit maintenance and management Its very rare to get let out if your lease so that says a lot about this place Theyre model unit is the best looking dont be fooled by the upgraded units the mirrors in the bathrooms are literally picture frames that you can take off the wall I definitely do not recommend moving here its not worth your time or money more ... hide ...

Hello To NORTH CREEK DALLAS Team or owner currently my family live 2 BD room condo Location is 9633 pinyon Tree LN Dallas Tx A new resident my cousin just move into your community since one three weeks his AC and heat is not working they are refugee family He went to the office talk to one black lady her name was Shannon She told him to move out from the apartment if you dont know how to run digital thermostat It was very cold last night and they have 3 little kids he went to Home Depot buy a small heater just keep the room warm a little bit the rest of the apartment is very cold all over The apartment technician guy came over he turn on the electric breaker after three minute he left from apartment The breaker went off and down again every two minut breaker go off We are a humble requesting you to keep this family kids warm in this cold weather Again since three weeks they have no AC and no heat It has technical or electrical issue Please fix as soon as possible Thank you more ... hide ...
