We love living here We recently came to live in the USA Aura and her team were the only ones willing to help us and find a solution to the problem of not having a rental history they supported and guided us at all timesnnThe apartment was recently remodeled it is very nice and the space is perfect for our needs Every time weve had a minor detail of maintenance they quickly come to fix itnnThe gym pool and Jacuzzi are newly remodeled and very nice It is also super well located since walking or by car less than 5 minutes away we have everything supermarkets plazas exit to the freewaynnHonestly we also found roaches upon arrival but we knew its a problem throughout Texas and with some traps we bought at the grocery store combat max we fixed it in less than a week Although here in the management they also offer you a pest control service more ... hide ...

Such a shamennAfter a lot of research I was very excited to learn more about these apartments their price and liked how close they are to White Rock I sent an inquiry one day through their page and even though I never got a response I shouldve known right there this was a bad sign I still booked a tour for Saturday at 130pm I received multiple autoconfirmations for the tour so I figured everything was ok The day of I called several times to let them know I was running a few minutes behind due to traffic and received automated messages the whole time so I left a voicemail When I got there I was surprised to see there wasnt a soul in sight and instead a sign that theyd be back at 330pm The hours for the leasing office on Saturday are until 500pm so why didnt I get any messages that they wouldnt be there at 130pm Very unprofessional and poor first impression I hope this isnt a constant pattern towards their guestsprospective tenantsnnBy the way I called after 330pm to see what on earth couldve happened and still no answer Drove from across town to see these apartments too Oh well prospective tenant lost I hope they pay more attention to their customer service as the units at least seem nice from what I can see online more ... hide ...
