My experience has been good so far Courtney is on top of it ms Sandra is the sweetest The maintencae team is pretty good and would be better if not short staffed The pest control team is amazing and very informative I have no roaches ants or spiders the security lady is awesome and walks the unit to ensure our safety The only thing I dislike is that im at 2022-06-02T22:35:28Z

Welcome to Eduardo Luzardo Amazing Reviews today we are reviewing Peterson Place apartment in Dallas TxnnLooks 25nnThese apartments are ok Note that I am not a resident but have visited many times Look wise not so much its horrible they have improved over the year and it looks like management is stepping up and rebranding it self as family friendly affordable and great looking apartments but these apartments looks wise are sht inside and outnnManagement 15nnManagement is horrible it takes months or a year to get your work order to actually be done as I spoke to residents Thursday Jan 23rd One resident said they have been requesting a carpet change for months but they said we have to see the carpet first its been 6 months and she never heard back horrible management the manager should be replaced and firednnAreaNeighborhood 15nnHorrible just horrible shots heard at night gang shooting out tires management should improve security first with new gates new fences and barbed wire on the fences and covering some trenches digged up by people who try to sneak in Management a police officer patrolling the area 3 times once every 4 days will not do enoughnnThings to do 45nnYou do have a lot to do near these area just 2 min away car distance and 6 min walking distance is the Galleria mall one of the best malls in Texas and right across the street is a AMC movie theater previously owned by Valley View Mall which closed down a few years priornnEnvironment 35nnA lot of schools in the area which is always great a little more far like 1015 minutes car distance so most parents choose to send there kids on the bus every morning this is in the middle of Dallas so all schools that you are going to find will be part of Dallas ISDnnTotal Score 18 round that to a 2nnCheck out more of my reviews and give it a like see you next time and hopefully this review helped you out thanks more ... hide ...

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULDthis is the worst apartments Ive ever stayed at Maintenance comes in while youre gone leaving lights on like theyre included you gotta call them that same day cause they half asx fixed it I have the exact same problems as before I moved they so called had me waiting a couple months so everything can be switched out and the apartment cleaned out When I moved in I had roaches and it was dirty dirty They had dog scraps and bite marks on the doors and window framesthe appliances was dirty and barely workthe skins keep leaking its molded under the skinI have sockets uncovered the closet door broke and fell on my childthe cabinets hanging off the wall they even painted over a patch of hair on my wall and dirtI have different kinds of drawers and half of them dont open properly outside lights dont work so my kids cant be outside after 5 cause you can barley see they hate it here it be 6 shopping carts at the park that they have to move before they can play and the best part is they have no problem telling you that your expectations are too high and theyre not fixing it so if you just love living in a apartment thats really a hazard then these are the best ones going they cant wait to move you in for the headache more ... hide ...
