I would give 0 or negative stars if I could Apparently management doesnt like broken things on their property unless its theirs Ill explain The gate to the parking lot has been broken the 9 plus months Ive lived here resulting in my truck being stolen When police found it it was very heavily damaged and I paid well over 200 dollar to get it back to my apartments well they towed it anyway Which is pretty funny when you consider the fact my mailbox was broken into and destroyed SIX MONTHS AGO and still hasnt been fixed They wont take money orders checks and half of the debit cards wont work on their website So they make it almost impossible to pay your bills too Every maintenance request i put in takes at least a month to get to If ever And they never and I do mean NEVER respond to emails or voice mails Also dont bother trying to contact corporate because they wont ever respond to you either I have tried on many occasion to reach out to staff to find them not in the office actively avoiding my calls and emails this review is my last resort of trying to get my issues heard more ... hide ...

If I can give 0 stars I would First they will offer you a gift card to reel you in and wont give it to you for months You will have to really fight for that gift card thats supposedly a gift from them The office manager kicked my partner and I out of her office for asking about the water bill the 1000 overcharge on our rent Weve been here for six months and every month we have an issue with miscellaneous fees They also charge you a fee for paying your rent If you do decide to move here make sure you look through your lease so they dont overcharge you on water other bills because thats what they will do They were also charging camera fees for 4 months but they werent even on They also tried to charge a trash fee thats included in the rent already and because we didnt pay it they send a eviction notice This is the WORST APARTMENT They will act very nice to you before you move in and during inquiry but once you move in they will not treat you this same way Also there is a HUGE infestation with COCKROACHES They lied and told us theyre waterbugs Theyre in the elevators apartments hallways and come out of the sink When I first moved here there was a lady in the office complaining that there were many roaches on her bed I shouldve took that as a red flag and took my money to another apartment Also Id like to note that we are very clean and keep the apartment neat and tidy at all times Any apartment run by S2 to capital do not move there You can call them and complain and they will literally do nothing The only good thing about this apartment was how helpful the maintenance crew was more ... hide ...

I leased here for one year Paid my rent on time every time a few months before the lease was up I asked about a larger apartment I was then informed that I may not move to a larger one due to unavailability as well as my own apartment is not up for renewal due to the fact that they had already leased it to someone elsennFast forward to moving day I turn in 2022-04-26T17:28:30Z
