I lived here two years and loved it The office team when I moved in was amazing very kind professional and really made you feel welcomed When I moved to a different city at the end of July 2021 to help care for my family Ive had nothing but frustration with the newcurrent office teamnI didnt get my move out report and deposit paperwork until the end of Octob 2022-02-24T16:13:28Z
I lived here two years and loved it The office team when I moved in was amazing very kind professional and really made you feel welcomed When I moved to a different city at the end of July 2021 to help care for my family Ive had nothing but frustration with the newcurrent office teamnI didnt get my move out report and deposit paperwork until the end of October and when I did I was charged 25 for the parking sticker for not returning it when a member of the office staff told me to throw it away Was charged 60 for cleaning when I did clean every room and they wouldnt budge on that because I didnt have pictures to prove I cleaned and was over charged for the last water bill The largest frustration is that Im being charged 103 for a dishwasher SILVERWARE basket that has a crack on the handle It is 100 usable and was broken when I moved in It wasnt apart of my walkthrough report because the brake can be pressed together and not seen I even provided an amazon link for a new basket same make and model for 1594 and still they refuse to revise the depositnTo have such a positive experience moving in and living there to then be overcharged and swindled out of my entire deposit is infuriating If I move back to Fort Worth Ill not be coming back here more ... hide ...

Our experience was great aside from the cleaning that was done Dont know if it is a company issue or person I still had to do some cleaning and they were late which delayed us getting keys Office staff is amazingnnThe office staff has been great The only issue we had was with the cleaning company they use Maintenance has been spot on and prompt Our mov 2022-06-14T19:17:00Z

I have been emailing and calling Clear Creek Apartments for the last two days My application was recently denied because of a criminal background that I dont have I was referred to called Corelogic I called Corelogic and they informed me that they never reported a criminal background to Clear Creek Apartments everything came back good They are also sending me the report by mail I have never been evicted or arrested NO BACKGROUND what so ever I refuse to rent with you all any further but I am Distraught at the fact that I was incriminated and will be getting me a lawyer because that kind of activity is unacceptable Me and my son are borderline homeless and to get a email back saying my application was denied and next to the reason says criminal was very heartbreaking for me I need answers ASAP What would be the reason that you guys will do that to me more ... hide ...

The picture I included is just the one I snagged today It is not a true reflection of the disastrous management this complex is ran bynnThe entire property is covered in trash Its in the breezeways parking lot all over the dumpster The management does so very little to maintain this property Its insane that there are hundreds of units and they somehow can afford to do the bare minimum I visit my friend here weekly and sometimes there are messes like bodily fluids rotting food etc all over the property to where I literally have to skip steps to avoid it I know they receive notices but choose to do nothing about itnnThis place is cheap no doubt and I think we all appreciate that but cheap rent multiplied by 500 doesnt mean they are strapped for cash They are simply abusing the socioeconomic demographic they choose to do business withnnIts unsanitary and that remains on the head of management and no one elsesnnDisgustingnnPs thats just the outdoors maintenance not even including lack of care on the inside literally a dirt do bees nest painted overnnI know a lot of us dont have a choice but its really shameful that management and tenants no longer work together to maintain the property Its just an us vs them situation more ... hide ...
