I had to put a star I would have given it no stars I live here I moved here out of desperation and was blessed with a three bedroom apartment however from day one I had issues The vinyl was torn on the floor which causes people to stumble on it My car was towed and I had to sue the apartment complex and the tow company for wrongful towing I have almost been 2022-06-03T02:18:20Z
I had to put a star I would have given it no stars I live here I moved here out of desperation and was blessed with a three bedroom apartment however from day one I had issues The vinyl was torn on the floor which causes people to stumble on it My car was towed and I had to sue the apartment complex and the tow company for wrongful towing I have almost been hit head on by three residents that live in the back I really think someones kid is going to get hit at the speed they drive My daughters car got hit while it was parked They do these inspections on the apartment which isnt bad but the last time they did the inspection it took literally 5 men to change a bulb which they replaced with a bad bulb from another residents house I put in a request to fix the light its been two weeks and they still have not fixed the bulb According to the rent office they have two maintenance men for this huge community The dont enforce dog waste rules Dogs are allowing off the leash I almost got bit by a neighbors dog If you want a huge apartment yes this is the place to be but be prepared to deal with some serious problems more ... hide ...

I have lived in 3 different apartments here 2 1bedroom apts and 1 3bedroom apartment I moved away to another apartment complex and in 10 wks was right back at PFW The place is tight on rules yes but that means it is clean maintenance is done in a timely manner and noise issues are eventually addressed The only problems I have had the mgmt has been excell 2022-04-16T01:00:39Z

I brought my father in law in and applied for an apartment after being emailed that his name came up next on the waiting list He paid the app fee and 500 on the spot after an extremely small tour not even of a model apartment just of the office After 11 days and 2 phone calls requesting the status of his application we finally heard back that he was denied due to criminal or credit background now my father in law has no debt and just retired from American Airlines which does regular background checks I have requested as to what the exact issue is so we can figured it out The office personnel Megan claims they dont know what the issue is BUT advised my father in law that he could reapply in 3 months If he really has an issue why can he reapply in 3 months Also he hasnt received his deposit back either I have emailed back again asking if we can just see what the issue is so we can take care of it and NO ONE has responded back not even to say no Im sorry I thought this would be a great place Close to us close to stores nice amenitiesWRONG This place is anything but if this is what we have to deal with If you dont have to go here I wouldnt Im extremely disappointed more ... hide ...

Be aware when doing contract ask alot of questions visit the residents walking around before signing if able this place is not quiet people stomping sliding furniture and slamming doors all day and most of the night Our nerves are at a limit after being here 5 months its getting ridiculous Update their gates have been inoperable for almost 3 months now cars 2022-04-20T20:36:55Z
