As a leasing agent myself I am disappointed at how I was treated I was helping one of our propertys prospects out and potentially give this complex a lease They had called the complex and left a message when nobody answered and hours later there was still no return call I called and luckily got an answer however when Kelsey rudely answered She spoke so fast When I asked her availability she said none I said when will you get availability she rudely said we dont have any we are on a waitlistnShe didnt ask to take down my information or see if I wanted to be put on the waitlist or anything further You could tell she was eager to get off the phone and uninterested in business Yikes Please work on your staff and how they treat prospects you never know if youre going to lose a lease over an attitude more ... hide ...

About 5 years agonCambridge Court ApartmentsnWas the most beautiful apartments down that road I was very excited to be living in these nice apartments they took very good care of them the manager was not lazy she always walked the property very kind sweet woman the maintenance guys were all Hispanic They were very responsible and dedicated to their job every 2022-03-30T00:29:42Z
About 5 years agonCambridge Court ApartmentsnWas the most beautiful apartments down that road I was very excited to be living in these nice apartments they took very good care of them the manager was not lazy she always walked the property very kind sweet woman the maintenance guys were all Hispanic They were very responsible and dedicated to their job everything was fixed On time Swimming pools were cleaned we had keys to open the pool gates were locked cameras were rolling everything was working good we had a great community When we found out about our manager leaving we were very upset no one wanted her to go she had everything going for us When the new management came out she decided to start letting bad people move into the Units they started to destroy The property throwing out trash In the front door Breaking down the fence breaking into cars because of that manager Not making better choices in using her better skills on who she should allowed to be living on property more ... hide ...
