My family and I absolutely love living here It is so quiet peaceful and tucked away off of W T C Jester The small size of the community makes me feel safe by seeing familiar faces all the time Weve run into a few problems with our unit but Erika always does everything in her power to resolve a problem Our maintenance guy Nelson has befriended my toddler and always says hi Nelson is almost always around if theres a problem I can peek around the pathways or over to his work shed and find him Nelson has helped my husband move furniture and hes even jumped my car and fixed a wirenErika knows my family and I by name and always makes us feel welcomed and appreciated We have a toddler who loves to play outside and talk to all the neighbors who are so friendly The park across the street is awesome and we spend almost every afternoon there during the week The complex itself is small with all the units close together but weve never had problems with privacy or noise level Overall I feel safe and comfortable living herennErika was especially wonderful during the application and move in process We needed to move immediately and she made it happen while communicating with us through the process There were no hidden fees or anything of that sort the lease agreement and pricing was very straightforward We just renewed to stay another year here at Forest Oaks more ... hide ...

When I first moved in these apartments I said they were clean but as my stay was coming longer these apartments are roach infested Rats eating at the walls and they dont fix anything They come with cable and my cable stopped working in May and I moved in February I complained about it never got it fixed Mold is bad And big tree ROACHES I do not recommend liv 2022-02-18T14:41:22Z

My leasing representative was Steve He made my move in a breeze Upon move in the apartment was clean He was professional courteous personable and swift He offered me their current move in special that was going on at the time and communicated all apartment rules and requirements efficiently Since Ive moved in I have a some minor maintenance issues which I was able to request service in the app and they quickly handledfixed the problems The Maintenance men are always kind polite and they communicate what they will do They get in and out quickly and fix the issues quickly Ive met Carlos and another young guy both super nice I recently reported some issues with pest and trash pick up to John in leasing and he literally took care of and had great solutions and responses to my problems with the apartment I wanted to be mad but couldnt because he handled the issues so quickly and compassionately Every time I go into the office they are friendly and happy All always greet me with a smile and kindness I love the accessibility to the amenities like pool and fitness center more ... hide ...

This is a great affordable place to live There is a new management and maintenance team that is working hard to make sure the property is well taken care of as well as the residents I placed a work order and it was quickly taken care of by the maintenance person in charge The office lady is very nice and attentive to my needs These apartments work with you a 2022-08-01T20:58:41Z

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE I lived here with my family for 2 years Ive lived in the small apartments as well as the town homes both are remodeled very cheap both will have mold growing in your restroom with in 2 months the small apartments have paper thin walls while in those units I could hear my upstairs neighbors every step Also while I was living here we had on 2021-04-07T22:28:52Z
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE I lived here with my family for 2 years Ive lived in the small apartments as well as the town homes both are remodeled very cheap both will have mold growing in your restroom with in 2 months the small apartments have paper thin walls while in those units I could hear my upstairs neighbors every step Also while I was living here we had one car broken into and then hit and totaled by a drunk driver as well as my truck had several times it was broken into and tried to steal it when asked about the cameras that oversaw my truck was told they didnt see anything and there was dittily squat they could do They have 1 dumpster for the whole complex that will be filled the day it is emptied by the city there is also a laundry mat on the property that has 4 washers and dryers that are broken 50 of the time The property manager is nice as well as the maintenance guys more ... hide ...

Horrible the apartments are in barely decent conditions and even though they seem cheap its also definitely not worth the money Always had problems One time the dryer caught fire with my laundry no one told me I only found out when I saw these pants in a puddle Lost a lot of clothes and no one helped me Other residents always looking at you and mean mugging

The manager Alejandra is a excellent person and she is a very helpful person who helps out everyone when they need it and the apartments are nice from the inside and its a very comfortable place to live in
