I visit a friend of mine there and everybody is in my business I come over with my dog pitbull and she is well trained and is very affectionate and people have the idea that my dog is vicious and shes not She plays well with other dogs and and children wise its a great place other than people not minding theyre own business I did something without asking 2019-04-25T21:40:26Z

Im excited Im praying that when my lease is up I can get a apartment with a view of the lake Ill definitely move innLiked the staff liked the location its away from everything hidden beautiful lake The property looked clean and kept up with definitely will keep this a option in the future

Complex does not have enogh parking spaces left me car less tha t2 feet from dumpster red line only was parked less than 3 hrs very unhappy tenent o know other tennents have had semilar expierence i have seen broke cars been fixed non running taking up valuble spaces

Denied before I even got a chance to applynThe tall lady with the blonde hair as well as the older women in the office were nice and a pleasure to work with I just hate that I was given the runaround trying to lease for an available unit At first I went to apply and received a tour I was told I could return and submit everything in person after they received the green light for passing building inspection this week I called and spoke to someone different over the phone to confirm the information before the weekend and was met with something completely different Someone told me the available units were being occupied temporarily by tenants whove been displaced due to problems in their original units being leased and to check back Tuesday to come in and start my application claiming that the residents would be back in their original units and then I could start my application I come in today to complete everything I get there and the brown haired young lady told me there were no units available for leasing I mean her I dont care demeanor alone was more than enough to indicate that she probably wasnt being honest about that but if she needed to get me to buzz off it worked I guess Ill have to look elsewhere more ... hide ...

I wouldnt recommend These apartments are only something good to look at from the outside The managerial staff is very poor in maintaining a property and customer service Managerial staff will walk into your apartment without your permission even though they can simply tell you ahead of time that theyre coming they do not The current manager just popped up unexpectedly and knocked on my door When I told her I wasnt expecting them to come she pushed my front door open while I was behind the door with nothing but a towel on She came in to my house with a maintenance man behind her She then tells me that this was her property and she will be treating my apartment as if she stay here You cant speak to the managerial staff about any problems that youre having as they will overtalk you and you never get out what youre trying to say They also will lie and tell you that they are coming to fix things in your apartment and they do not come Please do not get anything delivered to their front office because they will send your Packages back return sender They dont call and tell you you have a package in the office they leave a note on your door they may or may not be there once you make it home Ever since the Laramar property management company took over the property has went to pooh The workout room which you pay for is never open The pool stays tremendously dirty Lastly they are having foundation issues where it sends cracks up my walls Rent here at your own risk I wouldnt even leave a star if I didnt have to more ... hide ...
