If I could give them no stars then I would My mother leased unit 1909 here from 2015 to July 2016 They are formally known as The Gallery at Champions and thats who they were when she rented with them My mother passed away in her unit before her lease term was up Their emergency maintenance line isnt reliable The day we suspected that my mother had passed and needed to conduct a wellfare check on her maintenance took forever to even call us back Luckily we had broken the downstairs window and was able to have her removednnUpon informing management of this tragedy the property manager made an agreement that she didnt keep with my family It was agreed that if we not only removed my mothers items from her unit but also cleaned the unit then shed give us my mothers security deposit My family and I kept our end of the bargain and never received my moms deposit Even after checking back with them periodically we forever received the run around about her depositnnTheyve been under new management by a company called Karya Management They too havent cooperated with releasing my mothers deposit and the owner Swarpnil Agarwal is impossible to get in touch with Please keep this in mind when considering leasing with them And to anyone who they might also mess over call the Houston apartment association and file a claim Also be advised that you can file a small court claim and sue them for more than they owe you more ... hide ...

Terrible experience for my family and InI hope Any of you who are considering this property are aware beforehand that once you give that deposit its gone If you change your mind or if for some reason they choose not to accept you you will NOT get that deposit back and the lying lady Ameena in the office will make sure of it We left a space BLANK on the application per the assistance of the office lady Ameena and had trouble with approval because of that so we were told that was their reason for not returning our deposit Because a space was BLANK YOU WOULD figure they would just let you fill it in but there was a motive to Ameena telling us last minute to bring the deposit And advising us to just leave that blank for now Im fully aware that the application fee is due when you submit it and if anything changes you dont get your application fee back BUT Ive never heard of a property keeping your deposit if you dont get approved or change your mind Furthermore why are we required to give you a deposit before even submitting the application Bad business all the way with this crooked lady Ameena I should have been more aware when she asked for the deposit last minute like she did ill take the loss but I want to WARN others because she will do this again If you dont have 200 dollars to gamble please be very aware of this scam artist in that office I hope they change management SOON because the property is very nice and its in a good area Do NOT do business with that liar Ameena more ... hide ...

This place has to be the worst place I ever applied to all the office people is very unprofessional They say it take 2 weeks for approval like Ive never applied to an apartment that takes 2 weeks but its been almost a month and still no call Ive been calling but now no one answers the phone My move in dat was the 6th of this month 4 days away n still no call 2022-04-01T13:29:33Z

The one star is an gesture they doesnt deserve the one star Since the city has been opened literally it has been at least five or more different faces seemed like an everyday When you go in the office for a problem nobody doesnt know anything They make you wait for months before they solve the problem They have valcons with set ups that doesnt look like none of the other units As far as being business they doesnt communicate with anyone But they quick to wait until the office closes to put letters on people doors about false information They have some people thats been there for some years either the only bringing in SSI and on housing they raising up their rent leaving them not having enough money to pay their other bills they had one lady and her son left in her apts with growing mold and a piece of nail thats coming up from the rug They dont stand on like every year if you renewing the lease they suppose to shampoo your carpet they dont My AC has been stopping they replaced the fan it works then it just out of the blue just stopped working I went to the office about the same things about the AC one time I went without central AC for almost 34 months even letting them know Then after the freeze I told them about my hot water I went without hot water almost 6 months before they went an order me another piece for my hot water heater Ive been residence at this apartment for almost 3 years to say that Im not renewing my lease more ... hide ...
