The inside of the office area too the left is beautiful the chairs and with a pooltable weight room is amazing The pool nice not too deep just right for kids and all nice shading with two grills cant go wrong with just one The manager and the workers our wonderful they help when there needed and try there best to do so in a quick step

So I just moved here 2 months ago Judy helped me and my brother through the whole process shes very knowledgeable professional and shows she cares She was able to get us moved in within the week fastest and the most amazing process Ive ever been through when signing a lease

My mom is a long term resident at Langwick Miss CeCe is wonderful She is very patient with the residents She goes the extra mile to help us It has been many so called managers here and none of them cared about the seniors like Miss CeCe does The residents are truly blessed to have her I worry about my mom less knowing she is there Thank you Cece Girl

Ive been very hesitant on writing a review to see if they would address the issue but seeing as though the problems have only gotten worse I do NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE The parking is horrible our car has gotten towed three times for very dumb reasons like parking in reverse a problem that was never an issue until recently as they are now trying to make rules for parking and not tell anybody about this change in parking rules so beware of towing The managers in the office are a joke and will not help at all I call and they will hang up before I even finish talking the young man in the office is the only reasonable person working there but theirs not much he can do as he is not a manager Our ac has been broken for two months now and weve been able to suffice thanks to the cold weather that was outside keeping the apartment cool but when the weather is hot we have unbearable heat to the point we dont even want to be in the apartment anymore Ive called and asked them to fix on multiple occasions and they just tell me they will send someone but never do The hot water is always being turned off at least once a month never fails I suggest do your research before moving here more ... hide ...
