I have been renting here for four years and the experience has been okay Up until a year from now simply because the maintenance is horrible as ever and the management is unresponsive and inconsiderate When I moved here the company had a previous management team and I never had to deal with them unless it was minor I really enjoy living here because I hate moving and meeting new people When I moved here my kids was 2 4 but now they are older My problem with this company is the level of respect honesty and positivity I have been emailing everybody and keeping in communication with the staff because my apartment is in a disgrace My flooring is coming up mold or mildew is in my wash room the vents or turning Brown the fridge is barely working and yet and still I have not received any justice I have put in over ten work orders regarding the same issue and it has been overlooked So I got tired and sent them a certified letter through the US postal service for corrections and adjustment with the unit I am currently renting and yet and still I have not received the proper help I have had two contractors who have came and gave the apartment a total of the work repairs and yet and still it has not been a date and time giving me My problem with that is I pay my rent and I except to receive the proper love and care However it has not been a honest communication so I will handle the situation differently The manager or acting manager over here is Mel and she always have a attitude with me because I request things I assume is it of her care I spoke to Elvia and I just feel like it is a run around and I also spoke to somebody else at the head office Like I told them I do not want nobody in my place when I am not present because things never get done correctly So moving forward I stated to them I need everything in writing because when I move I want my deposit back and I do not want nothing on my credit So since I been ignored and put under the bus I will take matters in a different way Oh and mind me it is only one handyman in this apartment complex and he barely understand English Let alone I asked the company to move me to a unit that is already prepared so I do not have to take orders differently but I was told nothing was ready My neighbors next door left two years ago that been here nearly seven years However due to mold and lack of help they decided to relocate And yet and still the unit is not cleaned and in shape for nobody else to move in So if I do not get my unit completed by Friday 02122021 I will be going to court because I am tired of asking for help Mind me the company told me they was remolding the units and I have to wait until the handyman get time I renewed my lease and was told they changed the paint to Gray and I would have to paint my own walls the current color and my answer was NO simply because I am giving them the apartment exactly how I received the unit Which was White walls So if Friday if everything is not prepared I will be going to court because I have been a humble resident and I am tired of being treated horrible THE PICTURES I UPLOADED NOT EVEN HAVE THE THINGS THAT NEED TO BE FIXED BUT THESE ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT TO ME more ... hide ...

Im giving one star because the property manager is very rude also before you sign the lease just know theres a section that says they can enter at any time wether you give permission or not and they dont have to let you know necessarily The parking spots are super close to each others and the kitchens look horrible The kitchen cabinets are a very cheap mat 2022-03-21T05:09:31Z
Im giving one star because the property manager is very rude also before you sign the lease just know theres a section that says they can enter at any time wether you give permission or not and they dont have to let you know necessarily The parking spots are super close to each others and the kitchens look horrible The kitchen cabinets are a very cheap material and they bend easily also whenever they give you the apartment they dont actually clean it when I moved into my apartment there were dead roaches that were painted over in the Kitchen cabinets and dead roaches under the stove and inside Within a month of moving in AC stopped working and when I told them they said they couldnt fix it at the moment Bc its Not summer yet it makes no sense but thats what they told me The staff is very nice and friendly but these Apartments are pretty bad in general for the price more ... hide ...

I make my two years living here in August This place has overall been amazing I was looking at other reviews and decided to add my experiencennProsnThe management and maintenance teams have always been great to me I mostly talked to Miriam and Jose I believe was the maintenance guy But they have recently changed management and maintenance team so I cant speak for themnThe area of these apartments is so convenient for my fianc and me Its right by I10 across the street from Walmart and Whataburger you dont have to travel more than 10 minutes to get to shopping centers and you dont have to travel more than 15 minutes to Memorial or The Galleria mallnWe love the trash pick up Mon Thurs Its so convenient after a long day at worknThe pool is beautiful and fun to be in The fitness center is also great It has two treadmills an elliptical and various weightsnIt has always been a peaceful area The most escalated event Ive heard of was car breakins but never to usnWere pretty simple people so it doesnt take a lot for us to be happy nnConsnOur main issue has been the AC You CANNOT control your temperature My guess is because its an all utilities included rent It has not been lower than 72 degrees in the spring or summer and they sometimes have issues with the AC not workingnAnother major issue that affected me was visitor parking Theres very little visitor parking I had a Halloween party my first year here and to my embarrassment some of my invitees had to park at Walmart and walknAn issue I had when I first moved in here was the tight parking spaces for tenants but over time you get used to itnAnother issue weve had is pipes breaking in the garage I had nasty stains on my car because of that water Thankfully I was able to get them off but a simple carwash did not remove themnI have never encountered rats I see a roach maybe once a week I saw a lot of people do have problems with that though perhaps its the specific building theyre in Im in 500nnOverall this was an excellent place for our first rental more ... hide ...
