Run as fast as you can DO NOT live here if you can find something better then do so The drive in gate to get in is always broken so who knows who is coming in and out with no security anything can happen in this place My moms apartment got broken into unsure if someone living there did it or someone from the outside as they have easy access into the complex She talked to other residents who also stated their apartment got broken into when they first moved in The property manager is on maternity leave so the person in charge for the time being is Erika Herrera who is extremely rude Some of the neighbors showed my mom where she lived so they could get assistance for the broken window and she told my mom Im not on the clock can you believe it any decent human being would have assisted in some way she is a horrible excuse for a human being and should not be running anything She told my mom to call the apartment line and leave a message so my mom had to sit in her apartment and wait for them to do something My mom is a tiny 72 year old women who feels unsafe in this place the first chance we get she is out of there DO NOT LIVE HERE more ... hide ...

I would like to update my review Its been 10 months since my parents moved in and lots has happenedchanged Jackie left to have a baby and it seems guidelines are not being enforced Management does not live on site and there is no security So weekends are a free for all Kids everywhere tearing up the courtyard stopping up the fountain There have been a few 2022-02-22T13:46:54Z
I would like to update my review Its been 10 months since my parents moved in and lots has happenedchanged Jackie left to have a baby and it seems guidelines are not being enforced Management does not live on site and there is no security So weekends are a free for all Kids everywhere tearing up the courtyard stopping up the fountain There have been a few breakins as well There was even a weekend where horses trampled all over and rode in the elevators Sometimes i think the management is in over their headsnI also have a problem with there being no trash valet for these poor elderly ones There are many with injuries missing limbs etc that have to drag their garbage down to a compactor Gates are often left open all weekend for anyone to enter maintenance calls are often not responded to in a timely manner Its a nice placejust wish it was looked after betternOld review Jackie leasing agent is a sweetheart and so helpful She was a huge help in getting my parents approved and set up for their move back to the city more ... hide ...

Hmmm Went here invited by a friend and checked out the area Housing is pretty good and they offer a gym and other public resources for local residents here This housing is for single people only I believe Its a good affordable place to be around town here in Denver Harbor Its actually probably one of the best if not the best apartment housing in Denver Harbo 2017-03-21T19:27:15Z
Hmmm Went here invited by a friend and checked out the area Housing is pretty good and they offer a gym and other public resources for local residents here This housing is for single people only I believe Its a good affordable place to be around town here in Denver Harbor Its actually probably one of the best if not the best apartment housing in Denver Harbor locally in the Fifth Ward District Its simple but nothing too super special I suggest a nice visit to the residence on a notsobusy day to really feel the place out as if you might want to live here anytime soon Its good warts and all Ive considered and still may consider getting a place here as well more ... hide ...
