Moved in about a year ago and I can say I truly enjoy living here I get tons of compliments on my apartment and they cant believe I dont pay more than what I do The property is always clean There were a few times the gates didnt work but they were always fixed the next day The maintenance are really good thatfixing things immediately We also have security he 2022-12-16T16:28:41Z
Moved in about a year ago and I can say I truly enjoy living here I get tons of compliments on my apartment and they cant believe I dont pay more than what I do The property is always clean There were a few times the gates didnt work but they were always fixed the next day The maintenance are really good thatfixing things immediately We also have security here 7 days a week which makes me feel safe when returning home late The staff is always nice and professional They are always eager to help There was a pregnant girl in the office I dont see anymore but she was always so sweet and helpful The manager can have a stack of papers in front of him but if I want to speak to him he stops what he is doing and listens Not once have I called or stopped by and ask to speak to him did he not make time or at least call me back within the hournI truly love it here and I plan to stay until I buy a home more ... hide ...

I have been calling inquiring about a 1 bedroom but I can never get a hold of someone I went by the office and spoke to someone she stated her agent will get in contact with me to let me know whats available and start the app process It has been 3 weeks since then Just called 3 times today no answer

Only been living here for 3 days and already having problems Gave the landlord a month notice of when I had to move in so they can finish the floors and kitchen Month later and only thing theyve done is torn out kitchen cabinets we currently still have no kitchen what so ever And floors havent even been done Children are either trying to break into ur apartm 2018-09-21T18:54:55Z
Only been living here for 3 days and already having problems Gave the landlord a month notice of when I had to move in so they can finish the floors and kitchen Month later and only thing theyve done is torn out kitchen cabinets we currently still have no kitchen what so ever And floors havent even been done Children are either trying to break into ur apartment or harras you Roaches every where furniture thats been in the rain and mold right by the garbage never been picked up to junk yard When we told the landlord that nothing was done she tried to bump up the rent to 775 and wont give the deposit back Expect of us to pay 500 for this month when we only stayed a week of this month and to have 775 on the first all within 2 weeks more ... hide ...
