Do not move to city parc 2 Elaine and Vicki or the the worst they dont help you at all They have the worst attitude They also tried to go under with my money I over paid in rent so I was owed the money I over paid they gave me the run around for months they told me I wasnt owed any money and I was over charged with cleaning fees when I moved out I also had a 2023-01-03T21:37:27Z
Do not move to city parc 2 Elaine and Vicki or the the worst they dont help you at all They have the worst attitude They also tried to go under with my money I over paid in rent so I was owed the money I over paid they gave me the run around for months they told me I wasnt owed any money and I was over charged with cleaning fees when I moved out I also had all my checks stub receipts proving I overpaid and they still didnt help me they just kept lying to my face So I called Highmark residentials To get help I told her I was calling her boss to get my money back and Elaine and Vicki still didnt care I talked to their boss and got things resolved with Highmark residential Im still waiting but at least I talked to someone with understanding so Ill be getting my money back thanks to the corporate manager And also the apartments is roach infested and they not doing nothing about it Elaine and Vicki do not care about the tenants and they wont help you if you need things done and Elaine or Vicki is being nasty and rude towards you call the corporate office Highmark residential more ... hide ...

The manager and staff are outstanding and have been such a blessing They take such great care of the property and also the manager always holds the attetion of many residents by having many events and activities for us All of the staff are hard working people and i would like to say the are beyond the 5stars I love living at Lafayette plaza

homeboy lying them apts is bad they have gangs in there which the owner knows does nothing bout it there thousands of little kids running everywhere the people play loud music in the parking lots teenage kids smoking marijuana al over the place they should shut the apts down al this is happening it sits behind a middle school smh

Honestly they have changed management twice in the last year The maintenance staff has been changed three times in the last year and one of the maintenance personnel was abruptly fired due to criminal reasons Everyone in the complex was sent an email regarding the matter and told check your apartment if he had been there They do not work with people who hav 2019-12-19T15:16:47Z
