Do not move to city parc 2 Elaine and Vicki or the the worst they dont help you at all They have the worst attitude They also tried to go under with my money I over paid in rent so I was owed the money I over paid they gave me the run around for months they told me I wasnt owed any money and I was over charged with cleaning fees when I moved out I also had all my checks stub receipts proving I overpaid and they still didnt help me they just kept lying to my face So I called Highmark residentials To get help I told her I was calling her boss to get my money back and Elaine and Vicki still didnt care I talked to their boss and got things resolved with Highmark residential Im still waiting but at least I talked to someone with understanding so Ill be getting my money back thanks to the corporate manager And also the apartments is roach infested and they not doing nothing about it Elaine and Vicki do not care about the tenants and they wont help you if you need things done and Elaine or Vicki is being nasty and rude towards you call the corporate office Highmark residential
