First of all want to thank the friendly ladies at the front office They are very professional Very helpful Been there a couple of weeks and I had a maintenance request A couple of days later the maintenance man showed up and fixed everything that same day Friendly guy Parking lot has security patrol at nights Plenty of parking at 8 pm visitors move out to t

First of all want to thank the friendly ladies at the front office They are very professional Very helpful Been there a couple of weeks and I had a maintenance request A couple of days later the maintenance man showed up and fixed everything that same day Friendly guy Parking lot has security patrol at nights Plenty of parking at 8 pm visitors move out to the parking in the front office Every apartment complex I have lived at nights there was never any parkings Pay your rent on time and maintain your apartment and there are no problems Thank you Roxanne Im bad with names but the other lady is also great Good place to live

Terrible experience at this apartment complex Apparently its residents are not supposed to ever have guests Last night when I arrived at the apartment complex I saw the sign at the entrance which states that the parking on premises is for guests and residents only Being that I am a guest I parked my vehicle with DV plates in a properly marked parking spot and within five minutes my vehicle was towed at my expense I spoke with management who told me that it is the residents responsibility to tell guests that they cant park on the premises even though the sign states guests are allowed I dont see why a resident would be responsible for letting guests who are abiding by the signs instructions that they need a placard to park even though I arrived after the office was already closed and couldnt have gotten a placard even if there was a sign that told me I would have needed one I even checked their website which states nothing about guests needing special placards to park or certain hours that guests need to park within I am disappointed by the apartment complexes lack of informing its residents as well as its guests of these unspoken policies that incur this type of inconveniencennUPDATEnnI spoke with management again who told me that they dont issue guest parking placards and that guests are allowed to park from 7am 7pm It would certainly be convenient if there was a sign stating such or if they made there residents aware of these rules If Im a guest and need to park after 7pm I wouldnt be able to get a placard anyway because again the office would be closed Highly disappointed in these unwritten rules that are impossible for guests and visitors to somehow be aware of and follow

Maintenance is good between Julio and Steven however the office will rent an apartment to you with very old appliances and tell you that you need to renew for a year for upgrades you never asked for in the previous 4 years you stayed there Parking is a joke as the security gates that dont work or are left open most of the time The rent is reason

Maintenance is good between Julio and Steven however the office will rent an apartment to you with very old appliances and tell you that you need to renew for a year for upgrades you never asked for in the previous 4 years you stayed there Parking is a joke as the security gates that dont work or are left open most of the time The rent is reasonable here though however the bugs are bad too and since I have a reaction to certain bug spays I always have to spray myself
