Absolutely ratchet 1010 would NOT recommend this place Its extremely unsafe for children Homeless people and crackheads are constantly roaming this building Dont even get me started on the stray cats as well If I could break my lease and live somewhere else It definitely would be worth every single penny in the world Managment pretends to care by making many changes to the building yet refuses to check cameras or have a 24 hour security person who roamed the building because theyre too lazy to spend money on actual safety Majority of the year the gates in the parking lot are broken and you literally cant get anything done unless YOU request it This place seriously needs new management you clearly know youre across the street from a homeless shelter yet you still dont take the correct precautions to make everyone elderlywith children feel safennImage attached is of the graffiti that was just placed in our elevators this Saturday afternoon because as stated above no one is here to ever properly secure the building and keep it safe

Covid was a blessing in disguise for most of the veterans that lived there Since they moved them to motels They keep what you can visibly see clean in actuality the building is infested with bed bugs The bathrooms are not maintained toilets and urinals are broken etc if you can imagine its probably there They receive massive donations from banks very little

Covid was a blessing in disguise for most of the veterans that lived there Since they moved them to motels They keep what you can visibly see clean in actuality the building is infested with bed bugs The bathrooms are not maintained toilets and urinals are broken etc if you can imagine its probably there They receive massive donations from banks very little goes to the actual upkeep of the building The services they provide for vets are fine The living situations could be better The only reason they moved them to motels is because they know between covid and bed bugs they are not equipped Plus some of us took pictures and videos of the facility during the pandemic before we left Ive seen a lot there Its sad the VA wont come up with a better solution to help homeless veterans instead of giving that organization annual donations If you have no other choice dont be picky

I enjoyed my experience here Its a great apartment if your on a budget or starting out since its all bills paidbesides water which is allocated I was here for 2 years started in a 1 bedroom then upgraded to a 2 bedroom I like that everyone keeps to them selves in a good way Everyone is friendly the maintenance is very good at getting work orders completed f

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE this apartment complex is a joke yes it cheap but there is a reason i lived here for 4 months and left I had a whole in my ceiling for a month and maintenance would not fix it until i contacted code compliance conveniently i received a eviction notice a few weeks later after they were written up for several violations I went to cou
