These apartments are very nice and quietits a retirement place for the elderly it goes by either your income or through SAHAI really like them And its pet friendly Go see them for yourself They wont disappoint

UPDATE I still have yet to receive my deposit after moving out in October I dont understand how I can put my new address as my forwarding address AND verify my new address multiple times with them only to have my deposit still be sent to the apartments I was at before I moved to laurel glen Also after I had the address changed to the right one I ended up cal 2019-12-12T15:21:07Z
UPDATE I still have yet to receive my deposit after moving out in October I dont understand how I can put my new address as my forwarding address AND verify my new address multiple times with them only to have my deposit still be sent to the apartments I was at before I moved to laurel glen Also after I had the address changed to the right one I ended up calling back a few days later and they said oh it just needed verification from you that this is the right address before we could send it Yet no one called me to verify so it was just going to be sitting there And it was still sent to the wrong place That doesnt make sense to me and I still dont have my money I also asked to be called when they figured out where the miscommunication came from and ended up having to call them back the next day instead I really try to be patient but its really frustrating because I know Im going to have to end up calling again to figure out if the check made it to the apartments or not so I can pick it up Theres no communication I shouldnt have to be in this positionnnnAt first it seemed awesome but people steal packages elevator is always down youre never going to see or hear from management plus office is always closed for some issue and theres no sound barriers I get people having kids that run around above you I have a kid myself But when the running around and loud noises continue until 35 in the morning waking anyone who sleeps here upit is Management was useless about it too Maintenance never showed up when I put in a request for my washer I fixed it myself And the breezeway doors get stuck because they are slammed shutmaking you have to walk around the whole building to try another door Not to mention if the door is shut guests cant get in unless you go all the way down there to let them in because theres only one dial pad by the South Gate If you can get over all that then totally live here But I have a whole email chain of people complaining about this place Maybe in a few years itll get better I wont know because Im definitely leaving more ... hide ...

I usually dont report minor things but Im so frustrated with my experience with these apartments I have scheduled 2 appointments with these apartments 2 weeks in a row in December 2021 The first week after scheduling my appointment I stood outside the office door for 20 minutes because it said were open come on in and the door was locked and I called multiple times and no answer then when someone did answer I they said they would be right out which was a 10 minute wait just for them to say they werent doing tours because they were going thru inspection which is understandable and to try again the following week I called and they said they werent doing tours because of inspection again and that they werent going to have anymore tours until after the new year So I called a week after the new year just to be told because the COVID numbers were going up they werent doing tours at all and that I would have to look virtually I am very disappointed in this experience and will take my business elsewhere more ... hide ...

I just came by the leading office around 400 pm I think my pay stubs were read wrong I make 13 and hour And apparently Im too rich for a one bedroom but poor for two bedroom I make around 25000 a year Not 34000 NOT 38000 I personally believe that man who help me out was just excited to go home And also dear owner so now Im too poor to be qualified I th 2022-06-28T22:23:05Z
