Edit Its taken me a while to get back to this but the elevator did get fixed shortly after my review and has been working for a few months without any issues Im changing my rating to 4 stars This is a pretty good place for the price nAs a resident here for a little over two years Id gladly give a five star review if only we had a reliable working elevator

Edit Its taken me a while to get back to this but the elevator did get fixed shortly after my review and has been working for a few months without any issues Im changing my rating to 4 stars This is a pretty good place for the price nAs a resident here for a little over two years Id gladly give a five star review if only we had a reliable working elevator Everything else about this place far exceeds any other low income housing property Ive seen or lived at management is incredibly friendly and accommodating but Cowboy Properties evidently doesnt care enough about accessibility to keep an elevator working for more than a week without breaking down Im told its just replacement parts that keep breaking but Ive lived in enough places that were far older and more run down that at least gave their residents with wheelchairs a reliable way to leave their apartments Im totally blind so I can take the stairs from my fifth floor studio when I need tobut if thats not an option for you look elsewhere If this was about cleanliness Id give five stars If it was about friendly management Id also give five stars Heck if Cowboy Properties decide to take this seriously and stop cheaping out on elevator repairs every other week Id also give five stars Let your disabled residents have a basic working elevator for at least a month long enough to prove you actually made a quality repair for once and Ill gladly change my review
