The property is very nice the office staff was friendly when I walk the grounds very clean ran into the maintenance team very friendly introduced themselves Kipp was the maintenance supervisor and his maintenance tech I think was named Joe very friendly would have rented there but they didnt have anything ready for me or I had wouldve rented there very conve 2020-11-19T00:33:34Z

I lived here back in 1982 on the second floor on the south side of the building One room still had a Murphy bed and in the kitchen an ironing board that folded out the wall I used for the breakfast table With a phone niche in the wall That I learned at one point in the cabinet in the kitchen when open I could see light from the hallway where there was a slit 2023-02-26T10:02:02Z
I lived here back in 1982 on the second floor on the south side of the building One room still had a Murphy bed and in the kitchen an ironing board that folded out the wall I used for the breakfast table With a phone niche in the wall That I learned at one point in the cabinet in the kitchen when open I could see light from the hallway where there was a slit in the paneling Long before the cabinet there once were Ice Boxes where the backs of the ice boxes were exposed to the hallway so the Iceman can reload your icebox And I remember the steam registered that the old valve was stuck full open So needless to say I was pleasantly warm all winter long with my apartment window open to regulate the temperature I have lived there for two years Love that old place It was a good place Good memories more ... hide ...
