The property is clean and the area isnt THAT bad Its rough but generally people treat me and my daughter well saying hi and smiling at us on a regular basis

My wife called this place to see if this place had availability Rebecca answered the phone The first thing they said was we dont rent to people like you My wife asked what that meant then they said you just sound poor This is the rudest snobbiest apartment I have ever heard of Do not rent here at all costs

I live there I dont see that many homeless people There is no NORTHRIDGE And for your information if someone sits on what they call the park strip which is the grassy area between the street and the sidewalk legally you can not do anything to have them removed We have called police You can only ASK them to move which has been done Legally someone has to b 2019-10-03T05:44:19Z
I live there I dont see that many homeless people There is no NORTHRIDGE And for your information if someone sits on what they call the park strip which is the grassy area between the street and the sidewalk legally you can not do anything to have them removed We have called police You can only ASK them to move which has been done Legally someone has to be sitting on your property from the sidewalk to your building before you can have police get them for trespassing most people dont know this Apparently the city owns the park strip in front of your propertynI have lived there 2 12 years and I really like it It is quiet and clean We do keep a vigilant eye out Because there is no gate to keep people from walking through the parking lot you do see people taking what they think is a short cut Our manager is very good We have wonderful amenities Nicer and newer than the other housing authority buildings Like any urban downtown area you have to keep an eye out more ... hide ...
