These apartments are good for a families with kids because its a lot of kids out there But the maintenance can be better they do come out and fix things but they find an easier way to do it they take your windows off and put them on other peoples windows when they request a new one the walls are paper thin cheap carpet the roach infestation is ridiculous 2019-07-13T21:02:01Z
These apartments are good for a families with kids because its a lot of kids out there But the maintenance can be better they do come out and fix things but they find an easier way to do it they take your windows off and put them on other peoples windows when they request a new one the walls are paper thin cheap carpet the roach infestation is ridiculous when they get pest control to come once every month or so and still NO change they charge you for any and everything MRS ROBSINSON the property manager is RUDE unprofessional and doesnt care about her residence she only comes to work to get paid she doesnt care what issues youre having she will look at you and say well what do you want me to do like this isnt her property or something They put a friend of mine out when she had the money to pay MRS ROBINSON told her three different stories on how my friend could keep her apartment my friend did everything and MRS ROBINSON said well look i do have the final say i can take your money and still put you out so my friend left bugs come in and out the house from under the front door in which was asked to be fixed multiple times My friend was locked inside her apartment three times and had to crawl out of the window to unlock her door with the key in order to get in through the door IF I WERE YOU I WOULDNT MOVE HERE unless you are older with kids Mrs Robinson will talk to you like youre an child Mrs Robinson should find another job if she doesnt like hers They should definitely have another property managernnMrs Wiggins and crystal are all cool and do their best at their job maintenance as well They are all nice Kathy gets above herself sometimes but she is overall a good person more ... hide ...

I am an upset resident and cannot wait to my move out date this has been the worse experience moving forward of my 11 years my first apartment I have had so many encounters with management and been put off so many times for issues and concerns that should have Been looked at as a priority yet I was put off numerous times Im currently having issues an Ive put in multiple work orders still no address I had a huge leak in my kitchen sink to which maintenance could not fix it a professional plumber was needed they came in an put a huge hole in my kitchen wall it was never fixed nor ever seen management after she stated she would come in and take a look at the hole because she was unaware the plumbers did that still havent came to look at it again I called concerned to when it would be repaired My bathroom ceiling has been leaking everytime someone upstairs runs the water literally I have multiple pictures and videos they are aware of that yet no one has came to address this my bedroom ac is full of guck I clean it to the best of my ability but yet I feel this is something housing should do come and clean these ac units dont think installing them was a bright idea from the beggining all in the same sentence I have a 1 year old 8 year old and currently carrying whole time dealing with this unprofessional experience from this landlord that never returns my calls never returns my emails totally ignores my questions and concerns I will not reccomend these apartments to anybody very unfair and poor office management more ... hide ...
