I have lived at Graystone Place Apartments for 3 years First when I moved in it seemed like a pretty nice neighborhood but the section 8 lives right across the street The kids have tormented my car meaning stepped all over it playing put it in the coffin the property manager stays out of the office because she is getting busy if you know what I mean on her l 2017-04-12T20:11:58Z
I have lived at Graystone Place Apartments for 3 years First when I moved in it seemed like a pretty nice neighborhood but the section 8 lives right across the street The kids have tormented my car meaning stepped all over it playing put it in the coffin the property manager stays out of the office because she is getting busy if you know what I mean on her leisure time the laundry room has been trashed because ratchet people likes to steal the quarters in the machines and then we couldnt use the laundry for about a month trash stays EVERYWHERE not because of maintenance but because people are selling junk out of their houses to the kids the kids will ask you for money every time they see you and they dont have to know you at all more ... hide ...

We moved in April 15th 2022 to the ATC The building is cool and our unit is a nice twostory layout with roof deck which is what sold us on moving in Since moving in however we have experienced several issues with little to no resolutionnnNotably there have been several issues with packages being stolen missing for several days and then placed in the lockers by management found open on the elevator etc When asked about these issues the response has been to report the package as not delivered and request a replacement but little has been done to have adequate security cameras etc to address the problem It seems like a few hundred dollars spent on proper security cameras would be a beneficial investment to help with this problem Additionally we were told that the package theft could be done by past residents implying that key fobs are not adequately maintained to have building access only for building residentsnnWith regard to maintenance we have had a request outstanding for weeks regarding broken hardware in the closets When we moved in we were told maintenance requests were responded to in 2448 hours but when asked about this one the Company indicated that maintenance has been working on emergency maintenance requests and has not gotten to this one yet The general attitude toward any issue request or complaint we have received is primarily apatheticnnThe elevator that goes to the garage has been broken at least four times since we moved in a month and a half ago and the fire alarm in the garage is usually going off at least 50 of the time For a 150mo parking spot these are both inconvenientnnOverall we like our apartment itself but management the building and tenants overall have not been a good experience I doubt we will renew our lease if things dont change over the next ten months For the price we pay there are definitely better options in Richmond The building has a lot of potential with the layouts rooftop pool and gym but the management of the property just isnt good enough for the price of rent more ... hide ...

Lived there for 7 years it was fine until it was sold The new owners did renovations to the complex replaced kitchen cabinets stove refrigerator new hvac replaced flooring The cabinets they installed were damaged peeling brought it to the attention of management was told repeatedly they would be replaced never happenedit was difficult to communicate with 2022-04-25T14:19:34Z
Lived there for 7 years it was fine until it was sold The new owners did renovations to the complex replaced kitchen cabinets stove refrigerator new hvac replaced flooring The cabinets they installed were damaged peeling brought it to the attention of management was told repeatedly they would be replaced never happenedit was difficult to communicate with the management once everything was shut down they stopped all communication with tenants returned no phone calls messages you see them in the office knock on doornwindow they just ignore you They breached the lease by not making repairs tried to communicate with them for 4 months got no response tried to let them know was told to vacate the apartment got no response heard nothing from them only to get something on my credit report saying that I owe them money but cant find out what the money is owed for It used to be nice place to live until the apartment complex was sold went down hill from there more ... hide ...

I have not moved in there yet but I put in application in 2012 and they is just working on that year I do know and can speak on every time I called the office since 201 Everyone I have spoken with has been very professional knowledgeable kind and polite So if living there is anything like the customer service I have received from the office staff then I KNO 2015-03-04T18:54:40Z
