Needs professional painting with quality paint throughout interior halls apartments resident areas as was promised in 2015 Office and lobby areas are better quality than halls common areas Need comfortable seating in main community room Terrible old stained floors in apartment kitchens baths Ad states upgraded counters floors in apartments however few if any are Exercise room is available but most if not all equipment is broken or otherwise unable to be used New management has improved the general morale Active resident participation enables social programs but very small participationnnPoor outdated security at front door and no keys available for back doors which means that the rear area of apartment complex which contains patio garden and barbecue area is virtually impossible to be utilized by residents who have any difficulty walking because they cannot get back into building unless they walk all the way around to the front more ... hide ...

This apartment complex seemed too good to be true when we first moved in about 3 months ago and everything was okay until I started noticing reckless kids playing soccer outside the apartmenthitting our carsand leasing office staff would just waste their time talking to them because they wont listen Also my awesome neighbors right above us seem to throw a party without music but stomping on the floor and purposely dropping stuff every night Ive filed police complaints and have stayed up until 2am due to loud noise recently However I did file a complaint through our leasing office but its unacceptable that weve complained twice within a month and first warning letter will be sent out soon and will take two more for them to actually take action Our neighbors wont let us sleep at night so get ready to deal with annoying neighbors with 5 people living in a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment and I wouldnt be writing this review if it wasnt for our lovely neighbors that already started their party and it will be another sleepless night Ill update my review accordingly but Im disappointed in this company as of right nownnWe also find cigarette butts on our balcony and we dont even smokennBig props to the maintenance department thoughnnUPDATE Not sure what just happened but having new employeesmanagement just made things worse They wont do anything and Im sick and tired of those people living above us getting away with everythingnnIm tired of complaining and thinking about breaking the lease at this point more ... hide ...

Nyillah in the leasing office is amazing I dont think Ive had a better experience with any other property Very helpful personable explaining everything throughout every step of the way Shes patient and a great listener and problem solver I feel like this is a beautiful property and a clean safe and comfortable place to raise children
