I can only speak of my own experience Ive been here for two years and I am very happy I have found the staff and volunteers very nice and very responsive It is an independent living facility not assisted living but not everyone really understands the difference Nevertheless we do not experience the anonymous isolation of an apartment building It is a real community with a lot of available interaction We dont have meal service but we have our own kitchens and a weekly market in addition to being centrally located with easy access to local stores For the price very low compared to other facilities I looked at and would never be able to afford there are amazing perks exercise classes special interest groups group excursions partiesyou can be as social or as much of a hermit as you wantnnAs with any large community there are factions and some disgruntlement I cannot speak to others experience As far as I can see the managers do their best to maintain a liveable environment on a small budget larger budgets would mean higher rents with enormous patience and I do not believe anyone is taking advantage of us Volunteersresidents also put themselves out in wonderful ways to benefit us all We have an exercise room 2 laundries a library and TVgamesocial area I feel the building is well maintained with attention to safety and security more ... hide ...

Though one may say that rarely has anyone made a complaint against manager Ms Dallana Fantauzzi or her Century House Apartments Im going to encourage that you listen to what I have to saynnLet me tell you publicly that this apartments manager is BAD My personal experience is as a family member of a tenant of five years The background of the apartment is lowincome seniorelderly care but the manager was very rude and IMMATURE to us While in her office we never raised our voice and never disrespected her authority yet after asking for her help and time she shouted at us and raised her pointer finger at us approached us and kicked us out while we were visiting family who lived therennThe manager will become even more unsteady and enraged By the snap of a finger like a downpour of rain that happens so suddenly she escalates the situation and begins raises her voice at us I didnt understand I never raised my voice at someone with authority I know what a good manager is but she is not onennIn conclusion we asked her for her business card thinking to make a complaint against her but she herded us out like we were theivesnnA patient manwoman shows understanding and wisdomProverbs 1429nnBut let it be known that I had the manners to say maam please thank you and sorry Do you think she said any of these words The answer is NO I caution you to not be decieved by her nice and gentle words She was not nice or gentle with us No she didnt initiate contact or provide customer service Though she saw us walking across her door she didnt wave or greet us She was the meanest manager I have ever met more ... hide ...

This used to be a wonderful place to live until Providence Housing took over and the hired terrible management to fall at taking care of our building

The manager and her maintenance guy are amazing and quick to address any issues that arise big or small Rent is high but its Seattle so actually its reasonable These are older townhouses but they are clean and homey The upstairs is prone to mold especially the window sills so I had to buy a large dehumidifier to combat that despite using the fan when showeri 2019-04-24T06:09:22Z
