I just moved in a couple weeks ago but let me tell you they held my apartment at the special rated price for 3 weeks while my truck broke down in the desert I had prepaid rent and they didnt start it till I got here the staff has been more than accommodating they make sure to keep this place clean and secure I just really cant say good enough things For 1500 2020-09-11T03:18:53Z

Operates in a very shady way They are rather terrible at getting back to you on maintenance issues but yet issue late fees and 3 day notices if you have not paid your water bill which is apparently billed on the 1st to he paid by the 5th otherwise they take the water bill out of your rent and leave you in debt with rent and late fees I called the apartments 2018-10-09T18:28:32Z

thank you for being honest nikki I thought maybe i was the only one who thought that the staff are horrible and lazy they do not try to help their tenants at all and then just throw them to the wolves when all is said and done I am curious what they are doing with the federal funding they are receiving I wouldnt recommend anyone live here
