Unprofessional and unethical managementnnI was looking for an affordable senior apartment for my folks who are moving from out of state It has been a challenge for us due to their credit issues I made full disclosure of their issues before even viewing a unit so as not to waste anybodys time including my ownnnAfter taking a 100 deposit to hold the unit in addition to the application fees they denied their application based on credit terms after I was very upfront from the start and was still assured it would likely result in a higher security deposit not denialnnIt has been 3 weeks since they applied and both my dad and I have put in calls to their office inquiring about the return of our deposit They assured us the check would be arriving soon and that it takes time for their corporate office to issue a check I called to follow up a week later and received a different excuse as to why they hadnt returned our deposit I spoke to a supervisor who assured me they would put a rush on it and insisting there was a miscommunication coming from on our endnnIf the way they handled my parents application is any indication of their level of professionalism I would encourage any readers to look elsewherennAvoid this company more ... hide ...

Since we have had surveillance cameras 1st time my car window was shattered I parked in blind spot not caught on camera I got cooperation after my car again was broken into during covid 19 all my cleaning supplies for work were stolen out my trunk plus my car tools Cost me lot money for window and what stolen both times occurred I know it was on camera the 2 2022-10-18T08:18:42Z
Since we have had surveillance cameras 1st time my car window was shattered I parked in blind spot not caught on camera I got cooperation after my car again was broken into during covid 19 all my cleaning supplies for work were stolen out my trunk plus my car tools Cost me lot money for window and what stolen both times occurred I know it was on camera the 2nd incident I filled report with police they did nothing or followed up but tell me report file online and i told the the guy who assistance at office about he was rude and said its out there hands and only police could view surveillance Before we had cameras there were shootings and security guards I had bullet hit my car when was almost new Found police report on wind shield Lot has happened over years but now it cleaned up finally 56th is high crime area still if look across the street at shell theres sign i never seen in any area and saids if u entering the area gives warning read the sign for yourself They raised rent here its 1380 for 2 bd 2 bath thats outdated and if on housing it 1480 monthly when its still ghetto area lol y we have cams now As well to get things fixed matience people quit all the time yrs and orders always backed up The photos u see online some are old lol the pool spa been broken long time We have gym new its never opened after 6 months due water damage issues declined by inspection they cant open it tho build brand new more ... hide ...

My experience with this apartment as well as the managing company Cambridge Management Inc has been very frustrating I am a mother of 4 girls So as you could imagine I was excited to hear about an apartment offering afffordable housing in my area But now after actually dealing with them I am not so sure I would want to be apart of thisnI originally contacted the company back in August of this year to move into a potentially open unit in Orchard Heights I had been in close contact with the previous manager She was so helpful However shortly there after she quit due to Managment After that I never received any further information I have called once a week to both locations orchard heights and west No one has ever returned my calls In fact I have reached out to cambridge 4 times in the last 2 weeks in hope I would receive any type of help but again I was told a woman named Natalie would or should contact me Again 2 weeks have gone by and I still have not received a call back I tried calling again to Mason Ave apartments in hope someone would be there to answer the phone and yet again I got a voicemail This charade has gone on since SeptembernIs this how low income is treated Are we unimportant I guarantee if management so happened to fall into hard times they would never want to be ignored or overlooked and treated so rudely more ... hide ...
