Would not recommend unless you appreciate nopoor communication from landlord If you are even remotely escalated about a serious issue they will just simply not respond to you and allow the issue to continue Incorrectly done math searching for ways to charge fees They WILL threaten to charge fees that are not laid out in the lease agreement I had probably 10 inspections done in the first few months and they never came back to finish work they started More than once maintenance showed up without notice I was not told the issue would be corrected just that I would have to refuse them entry in the future Any time there is something wrong they do absolutely nothing to correct it except a half hearted apology and a hope that it never happens again It always happens again If your neighbors violate their lease in a way that negatively affects you even if its a health concern they will claim its too hard to enforce Which means it shouldnt be in the lease in the first place Not to mention I saw several notes left for management regarding these similar issues that residents had to leave on their door to ensure it was read by management Been through 3 property managers in 6 months toonnIn addition to all of this we had an issue with our fire alarms that they did not address quickly however the bigger issue comes from how they handled it in the moment When we had alarms going off their emergency line refused the fire dept access to confirm that it was just a faulty alarm and we werent actually in danger Im not at all confident in this companys ability to keep their tenants safe Do not live here more ... hide ...
