We lived here from March 2019 May 2022 and had an excellent experience and would definitely consider living here again if we ever move back to Madison Office manager Tiffany was very helpful and was always prompt in her responses Communication was excellent Maintenance staff were also friendly and prompt with repairs The location is great particularly for anyone working on the UW campus or commuting west would be driving opposite direction of rushhour traffic Its easy to get into the heart of downtown but far enough away to not have a lot of nightlife noise There is a bike path that goes right past the building and its very easy to connect to Madisons entire network of bike paths from there The Shorewood Hills neighborhood is very nice to explore and Lakeshore Nature Preserve and Picnic Point are within easy walking distance Several grocery and dining options are within walking or biking distance We had a 4th floor corner apartment and heard virtually no noise from any of our neighbors ever The gym equipment is basic but enough Only complaint would be train ambulance and helicopter noise from the hospital
