So disappointed offended and dissatisfied with this management I gave management the required 100 application fee as requested Once I turned in the required information they requested there always seemed to be one more thing they needed from me so I decided to rent elsewhere I have now been calling numerous times as well as stopping in the office requesting my 100 deposit back First I was told that someone would get back to me After hearing nothing for 2 weeks I went to the office once again requesting my deposit back This time I get the excuse that theyve switched management so they would have to take my information and get back to me once again they never called The following day I call requesting my deposit and also asked why no has returned my call The new manager ask if I have verification that I had in fact paid a deposit in which I produce a money order stub that contains a reference number where verification can be confirmed I am now on week number 4 and I am STILL getting the run around and same bs story that he needs to talk to someone and find out if my money can in fact be refunded The manager has told me on 34 separate occasions that he would call me he did not Hes told me that he would contact someone regarding my deposit he has not Hes told me that he has in fact informed his supervisor that I have requested to file a formal complaint on 3 occasions now and NO ONE has responded I plan to call you attorney as well as the BBB first thing tomorrow morning more ... hide ...

I went for a massage which was good then cleaned the aquarium for them 1st time this year and am looking forward to caring for it Regularly

DO NOT LIVE HERE Thank goodness we were able to sell our unit and get out This place is in horrible shape dangerous and the renters are completely disrespectful to the property When we lived here the police were on site multiple times a day Our packages were stolen with our ripped up packages in the hallways lots of drugs on the premises people smoking in 2022-07-20T04:22:32Z
