RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE As these socalled Cottages are dumps And the management company is the equivalent The 5 nightmarish months 72022 122022 that I rented from KayKay Management will somewhat remained with me and my family for sometime As I wont go too far into details as my list of complaints about this disgusting rental cottage and the management group is extensive However I will start by saying the cottages furnace was deafening loud and the place had a pungent smell of death that didnt go away no matter how much I cleaned from top to bottom Oh and the toilet backed up thus destroying my belongings I wasnt offered any damage compensation to cover my loss In the end the property Mgr tried to deflecttransfer the responsibilityblame for the poorly kept plumbing conditions onto me Now lets move forward to the bug infestation problem ie spiders ants and grasshoppersetc that freely entered the domain due to the frontback door thresholds being unleveled and agaped This also resulted in the heating cost being astronomical high as the windows leaked and the door threshold issue contributed to that problem The socalled maintenance guy Justin is a complete joke Instead of repairing thingshe has apparently realized that by patching preexisting damage somehow hed attainmaintain job security Because adding a screw to rusty doorsfixtures doesnt fix the anything Okay now aside of having my Uhaul van unjustly towed by Aron the property manager and then being lied too thus being given a bogus reason for it being towedcosting me 5000 in damagesfees Why did I end my lease with KayKay Management youd say Well after all of what we experiencedthey claimed to have had a problem with my exhusband occasionally staying overnight to assist with the care of our autistic child as I am thirdshifter So instead of KayKay Management being onus of their neglectBS thus fixing the aforementioned problems and more We both amicably agreed to part waysand boy I couldnt have been any happier having made that decision My family and I are all mentallyphysically healthier in our new homeand we are finished looking back at this stressful and nightmarish episode for the better more ... hide ...
