New management just took over in the past month Old management was terrible no idea if the new management is any better yet Its usually loud here since its right on Broadway Loud music planes passing overhead thin walls and loud neighbors sirens and at least once a week gunshots There was a shooting in January this year no fatalities but still not something

I would recommend to anyone thinking of moving to Riverstone that it would really be a smart choice The reason why is because my wife and I have enjoyed over 4 years here and in that time the management staff and maintenance team has tried their best to take care of our needs many times Examples They gave us new carpeting when we first signed our lease Then quickly delivered a brand new dishwasher refrigerator and air conditioner when they each broke down a couple of years later They always are friendly and never make us feel like we are a burden with the repairs needed Right now we had a water leak and the men came out right away to fix it with a new bathroom cabinet being delivered next week The guys are super busy with other tenants too however despite that they work very hard to keep up the needed repairs as quickly as they can out in the 100 degree heat all day never complaining We love the swimming pool its kept clean and the gardener has planted and maintained such pretty flowers to decorate around the yard The RENT IS VERY REASONABLE and they dont jack it up real high after each renewal like some other places we lived at The neighbors are nice quiet friendly peopleno lowlife the police say its a very low crime area for Tucsonthank God There is even a security guard that patrols nightly I have to say that having rented for 49 years of our marriage in different states this is our absolute FAVORITE PLACE And this is the truth not solicited by anyone So if you are looking for a new home come to RIVERSTONE apts we will be glad to welcome you as our new neighborsnBest of LucknEd and Sandy Jenningshappy tenants

Roaches every where and when their pest control came they just squished the roach traps and left them in a pile one the floor With all the roaches left in the traps Office did nothing when I told them about pest control doing that I have never had roaches in my life until living here And the manger told me this apartment was move in ready and turned That I should have seen it before I moved in When theres an apartment full of roaches its not move in ready They even had me pay rent then tell me I couldnt be in my apartment for 2 days and refused to give me any kind of rent credit Then the manger told me they only spray the kitchen and dining area and living room When i was told they sprayed the whole apartment even the bedroom So somebody is lied to me
