We picked this community because of the excellent quiet location 2 pets allowed and senior housing Erica and Laura have been so professional helpful and very welcoming The maintenance person really knows what he is doing and all repairs are very prompt We feel at home and have only been here 8 days The outdoor areas are spotless grass gardens pool jacuzzi an 2021-12-12T15:13:37Z

I have been in contact with the manager for a while before moving in and she is an angel I absolutely love her The only thing is the parking situation is a bit hostile unless you live in the far back area of the apartments Moving in the first day I had three cars me and two family members help move because I have large furniture but when we were trying to move them into the apartment on the first night there was already rude residents calling the tow company to take our cars that have been there for 10 minutes Even after we told them we are just moving and the cars will be gone in less than 30 minutes the rude resident was LEAVING her spot for the day and saw one of us pull in and STAYED to call the towing company on us I know it is out of frustration because many people probably park there illegally The other resident that was there when this was going on said they have been on the waiting list for a decent parking spot for SIX months If you move in take into account if you or your roommates own separate cars But the apartment is gorgeous not a single complaint The only thing is the safety aspect walking far from my parking spot to my apartment there isnt very bright lighting in the complex itself all of the dog owners taking their dog to the restroom had their phone flashlights on definitely follow some personal safety measures like pepper spray more ... hide ...

The management there is non existent and the maintenance there is a joke They moved me into an appartment with a stove that had only 1 working eye It took them 4 months to fix it The pool was out of order more times then not My roof leaked in my bedroom and I had to move everything out of that room for 2 months while they fixed the issue only took them about 2022-04-26T06:32:09Z

I love this place office staff always helpful Property really clean and quiet Ive been here 2 years and I wouldnt be happier always handling orders correctly and leaving tenants satisfied Really safe place near fire station and parks I definitely love it

We currently reside in this property we noticed that our AC isnt working properly so we called the office Since its JULY I figured at the very least we could get someone out tomorrow morning The office informed us that its not an emergency and that maybe if we called after hours that maintenance might help us but it was up to them We called about a week ago because water has been leaking through the drywall in the ceiling an ongoing issue as well no one ever showed up to fix that issue either This weekend it is supposed to be 99100 degrees outside we have a child as well I would give 0 stars if possible this place has gone downhill fast this is the 2nd or 3rd thermostat too the breaker has also been changed once Weve also found crack pipes on our front doorstep had crackheads in our yard looking for things probably the pipe they dropped If youre thinking about moving here dont stay away from HSL more ... hide ...
