I rented a studio apartment for 6 months I was in the apartment For about 15 days out of 6 months Then My work transfered me to Phx I tried getting them to break my lease and they said No we can t do that Not even pay two months rent So I paid all 6 months They are old school You have to pay with check they dont do online pay The bathtub had cracks on the bottom of it They used spray paint to cover it The over spray of the paint was all over counters and floors So it was all Ruff Dont clean the apartment because they will charge your a cleaning fee anyways They want you to clean the windows Clean the AC unit What a joke I had brand new carpet put in Dont forget I was only on the apartment 15 days They charged you a carpet cleaning fee of 8500No matter what Apartment walls on the inside are painted yellow to match counters and cabinets I think this is a sec 8 complex just by the people that live here Also roaches were in the apartment Fail Fail on this complex

EDIT This place truly sucks I am applying to rent a house and they are trying to reach out to Saguaro Villas to get my rental history but Saguaro Villas has not responded for a whole day I have been a good tenant these past 9 months and cant believe I am being treated like thisnnConsnawful paint smell in the beginning more on that below even after 9 months it comes back sometimesncigarette smoke in the outdoor spaces half the timenclothes ripped by the laundry machines see photo for examplenNo microwavenHeater smells like urine had to buy a space heater insteadnhubcap was stolen from my car while parked here I noticed that several cars parked nearby had theirs missing as wellnnWhen I first moved in the paint smell was so strong I got a headache after the 1st night Called the front office and Miranda said to open a window which I did all night for a month I couldnt even stand to live there for the 1st week Whenever I closed the windows the paint smell would come backso I spent a couple hundred dollars on an air purifier Even now after 9 months the paint smell is still strong enough to give my wife headachesnnComplained to management again now that my wife is living here all day After a week Tony said she would send the maintenance man to checkbut he never came I guess her residents wellbeing is not worth the halfminute walk to our apartmentnnPROS why I give 2 stars rather than 1nQuietnAll the neighbors Ive met are friendly and decentnNicelooking grounds shaded by big treesnnBottom line Be prepared to spend several hundred bucks on appliances like an air purifier microwave and space heater Healthwise expect significant contact with paint chemicals and cigarette smoke
