Stay away from Marrows Court This place has people from the other neighborhood stealing packages off the residents porches There was a shooting right on the back porch of these homes yellow crime tape and all and there is always noisy teenagers playing in the street during the night These are low income housing for seniors and people with disabilities The landscape is kept up just like any other rental property However its one block away from a trashy neighborhood Its ok if you dont mind living next to the hood Just dont drive or walk towards that area It doesnt look safe Also keep in mind that you can always call the police department to verify this information more ... hide ...

This is the worst place Ive ever lived the landlord is very disrespectful and a theft I moved in my apartment March of 2017 and when I first moved my kitchen floor was very dirty refrigerator was old to the point my food was growning Mode closets were broken I called her about my refrigerator and told her that my food was going bad she had an excuse for th 2017-12-08T19:20:18Z
This is the worst place Ive ever lived the landlord is very disrespectful and a theft I moved in my apartment March of 2017 and when I first moved my kitchen floor was very dirty refrigerator was old to the point my food was growning Mode closets were broken I called her about my refrigerator and told her that my food was going bad she had an excuse for that I been there almost a year and still she didnt fixed my kitchen floor the other day I was cooking my oven blew out I called the office no one answered the phone so I had to call 911 I called them the next day about my oven they didnt come out until the following week to fix the problem I pay my rent 3 months in advance she still said that I own money on my rent but each time I call her to show me how i own money she always said that she is busy so when you live here always have your receipt or a bank statement for back up because she forget a lot and try to steal your money one night I came home my lock wasnt working I called the office like 5 times no one picked up finally a private number called me and it was the mantinance man he came and open the door apparently my doorknob was broken so I had to get a new one They are very lazy they dont attend to your neededs as fast as they should they take a whole week or two to get your stuff done Tracy is not a good property manager she needs to leave because she is running good tenant out I actually loved the environment but I am moving out ASAP because of Tracy and her lying ass more ... hide ...

Just recently moved out of this development I found Mold all throughout my apartment I reported it and maintenance took their sweet time coming to bleach down the molded spots Management advised me that the mold was caused by a pipe bursting in the basement of the building but when I asked them to reimburse me for my damaged property 1500 worth of my perso 2018-12-03T16:06:58Z
