These apartment have come along ways in the last few month due to new manager keeping things cleaned up and making it a safe quiet place to live I would highly recommend these apartments The staff seem to really care

I called before visiting the property and when I did I received a different experience Those three women in the office are extremely rude and lazy All of sudden they were dismissive and I made too much I wasnt even working When I showed them my offer letter for 1575 they still said no because they assumed Id work overtime Plus it takes a week or so to hear b 2021-02-08T07:38:28Z

Worst experience with the compliance company that oversees this apartment complex They had my elderly mother completely convinced she was getting in until there Friday before the move and decides to tell us shes missing paperwork We raced in Monday morning the day she was to move in mind you her old apartment is now rented to someone else and shes completely packed they tell us they will get back to us the same day We have to call them Tuesday and find out we are denied because they want proof that my step father will never live in the apartment This is because its low income and that would put my mom above the limit to live there My step father lives in Belgium He has never lived in the US and never will But this ridiculous company wanted my mom to go down to the court house and file a separation against him as proof that he wouldnt live there How can you ask that of someone The fact that they knew over a month that my mom was married and he was over seas and they wait until the day after we are to move in to tell us it wont work My mother is now living on a couch until we can find another place Its heart breaking Screw these people more ... hide ...

Had a one year lease here back in 2015 and havent been there in a while Just thought I would share my previous experiencennProsnnSuper fast high quality maintenance If I had a maintenance request it would get done asap and would usually be done wellnnAccessibility to gym and freeway is convenientnnApartment layout was nicennConsnnWhen I first lived here I moved into a unit that had a strange smell It was on the 3rd floor and hotter than a lower unit so the smell was more prominent I shouldve said something about the smell from day 1 but I didnt I had a well trained Shephered that used the bathroom basically on command He had no noticable mistakes in the unit A year goes by I move out and I was slammed with carpet replacement fees as evidence showed stains in the carpet This really set me back I was not prepared to lose my deposit and get charged on top of itnnManagement was so powerful and ridged it was kinda traumatizing Things may have changed ever since though and I say if you go here be open mindednnAlso several parking lot issues Seemed like once a month I would come home from work to someone in my spot I try to avoid calling the towing company at all costs but the situation got so bad I had to do it once I felt terrible more ... hide ...
