I moved in around April 14th my townhome had some issues and as soon as I let the office know they came and fixed them in less than 24hrs My neighbors are quiet except one Also its a lot of families living here which is a really good thing I love it here so far

Better than a motel for sure and cheaper Extra hot water with great water pressure Case workers on site during the week Wash machines and dryers on site gotta get coins elsewhere A skip and a jump from the rail and a mile and 12 to HEB

If I could have gave these apartments 0 stars I would have After 5 months which was already too long I cant take it anymore Let me start by saying these apartments are literally ROACH INFESTED There are not one or two roaches every now and then its everyday all day When I moved in it looked as if they bombed the apartment and didnt clean it There were hundreds of roaches on the floor which I cleaned up I bombed several times called to get pest control brought all kind of roach spray and even called my own pest control and NOTHING worked Secondly my car was broken into Third I had a 200 package stolen from my door and last the elevator breaks often The last time it broke myself and my neighbor were stuck for about an hour Its too much Ive talked to several neighbors and they all complain about the roaches One lady told me she called for pest control and the lady in the office said you guys keep food out which causes roaches So she basically spoke for how everyone in the complex lives Do yourself a favor and dont move here more ... hide ...

Currently live here and they say due to Covid the pool is closed But the pandemic is almost over and it is hot Other pools and outdoor activity places are opening why not our pool
