This is the worst place to live I highly do not recommend this place The office staff doesnt care if cars are stolen or brother into office staff has the worst attitude when you bring up an issue Im a maintenance man for GREYSTAR PROPERTIES and when my ac went out in my unit at villa La Jolla they waited a week to even give me unit Cars are broken into on the daily and the office states its worst across the street as if that would make it feel safer Office staff always have an attitude and wont let you talk or bring up any issues Just off the office staff alone they make it look and act like ghetto women Which is not professional at all The security they have 247 just walks around on the phone all day long He Doesnt ever stop or catch any crime being committed Office staff said that at night the cameras are just black so they wont be able to identify a license plate number Just the worst experience Ive had in apartments Please do not go here Just off the office youll be treated like trash Especially the manager Please save you time and money and look elsewhere for living But these apartments are trash and filled with roaches and bed bugs more ... hide ...

Ive been living here almost a month and I can honestly say its one of the best maintenanced apartment buildings that Ive seen great night time security and the staff is very friendly parking is never too full but office staff is still new so dont be nervous to ask for anything twice theyll help out My only concern is a group of teens that hop the fence fro 2022-06-23T20:59:28Z
Ive been living here almost a month and I can honestly say its one of the best maintenanced apartment buildings that Ive seen great night time security and the staff is very friendly parking is never too full but office staff is still new so dont be nervous to ask for anything twice theyll help out My only concern is a group of teens that hop the fence from the other complex adding barbed wire along the tops of the fence would solve it The reason why theyre out that late idk but Im not stupid STAY STRAPPED and always take valuable objects out of your vehicle no break ins or robberies till date but overall this complex is dope also I get off late from work so I know its only that group that lingers around other than that its peaceful if you need help Rosa at the front desk is very helpful more ... hide ...

I have lived in this apartment complex for a year and it is the worst place I have ever rented My car was towed from the property because I tired to register it and they tried to charge me 100 dollars a month for something that should have been free My bathroom ceiling leaked for 4 months even though I complained about it every week Eventually it collapsed on thanks giving morning revealing mold There idea of fixing the problem was to ove it up with dry wall and spackle They didnt want to renew anyones lease because they didnt want the people one housing assistance to live there anymore My lease expired and moved to a month to month basis Honestly if you have a choice do not and I meant it do not move in there more ... hide ...
